had a US ps3 for maybe nearly a year now and its great until the whole
profile/firmware situation is sorted the ps3 is the best way to go, plus u
can play games on it too or just download the free demos! my only gripe with
blu ray is the region coding again, though im sure something will turn up at
some point (i know there are a few tricks for some US discs on UK machines)
i would buy a stand alone if
1. i knew it would be future proof
2. it was multi region
3. it was better value than the ps3 (would have got one for the gaming
anyway)
