The price may in fact be too low. Even if a million copies
are sold the total sales will be a million dollars and the film
company would be lucky to get a tenth ie $100,000
This company has killed piracy dead in India !
The dvds are of superb quality , they are not licensed for playing
outside India but they play just fine.
'Jab we met' is a fantastic Bollywood movie and a must watch.
New Bollywood movies are being sold for Rs 33-49 ( 90 cents to $1.30)
The company has one of the biggest cd and dvd plants at Noida in Delhi
and is going into thin film dvds in a big way.
Imagine if they starting putting books where the copyright has
expired eg Shakespeare etc. We could all afford to have a huge library
of books at home.
