We all realize they have to make a profit. The issue here is their
blatant false advertising. Their marketing campaign is based around the
whole "Unlimited rentals starting at only $9.99 a month. When you're
done with your current batch of DVDs, simply mail them back and you'll
receive your next shipment in 1 or 2 business days." Aren't there laws
to prevent false advertising and ripping-off the customer like this? I'm
amazed they continue to get away with it. I think it's time for some
more lawsuits. Netflix needs to be put in it's place.

The video store might suck, but hell, at least when they advertise a
movie is guaranteed in stock or it's free, it REALLY is guaranteed in
stock or it's free...
