I had this same problem........in short SETI and WinMX dont get
along......SETI uses too much cpu and WinMX leaks too much to run
together.........the only short term solution is to run WinMX in
scondary mode *if* you must run them together...............easiest
soultion is to not not SETI with WinMX............
