It's true that a passive secondary connection should work for most
users, but if the OP has had no search results since DSL has been
installed, what makes more sense other than to suggest forwarding ports?
But when thinking more about the OP's problem, I should have also also
suggested checking spelling, refreshing the connection in order to
switch primary hosts, checking to see if one is searching under the
correct category and searching for popular artists in order to see if
searches work at all.
