I don't think that WinMX will be cited because I don't think that winMX
is the source of anything - it's just a client program that user rely
on to connect with other users. Since it doesn't rely on adware as
other P2P software does - and lacks any other profit motive and doesn't
seem to have any ongoing input from its developers - I doubt the
program itself will face any liability.
