Good question.
However... a few more details might help.
For example...
Network - WPN or Open Nap?
ISP? (some block or throttle access).
Primary or secondary connection?
Firewall?
For starters... otherwise, it's sort of like "my car won't go" - what do I
do?
Even searching this newsgroup for "can't connect" might turn up something
worthwhile, or try looking for "FAQ" via GoogleGroups (advanced option).
You just never know... and, given the ambiguity of your query, neither will
anybody else.
