Ask a judge.
Actually, I have an experiment for you to try - leave your car unlocked
with the keys in the ignition in a bad area of town. Wait until it is
stolen and report it right away - tell the police which direction it is
driven in.
If the police catch the thief, then sue the thief for infringing your
copyright.
See if you can get a lawyer to take the case on for you - without
laughing in your face.
