Hi, Speeder (Replying from work via Google!)
Yes the upstream is throttled, limited to 15k up, but
this happens even when there are no uploads goin' on.
I have a 2mb Pipex DSl connection and get no problems
of this nature when using Soulseek (to find rarer material) :-)
As I stated, this doesn't ALWAYS happen but it's been often
enough recently for me to mumble "hmmmmmmmmm that's odd".
It's 'livewithable' for now so I'll just see what happens,
perhaps it's just a temporary 'blip'.
Or maybe I'm just a temporary 'blip' :-)
