You really should try and stay up-to-date with what's happening.
Kazaa has been dead for quite some time now.
The once active alt.music.mp3.kazaa NG is little more than a spam-hole
these days, if that's any indication.
As for "no shutting down" - think again. From all appearances, the RIAA is
having appalling success in this area. It's called winning through fear and
intimidation. Some might even call it government-sanctioned extortion.
Either way, your friendly copyright cartel has increased their attack on
P2P, with no end in sight.
