I've been happily downloading with WinMX for a long while now.
I'm used to it disconnecting me and then re-connecting - I use a secondary
connection due to my router etc.,
Three nights ago I was downloading five separate files and had three
uploads running, then it disconnected and wouldn't re-connect - just sat
there with <Connecting> in the title bar.
My downloads didn't stop the uploads didn't stop - I just couldn't get a
connection to search and all of my Q'd files fell by the wayside.
After my downloads had finished I closed WinMX and then re-started - still
no connection,I assumed that it had to be a memory problem and re-booted
the box.
I still can't get a connection!
I've changed nothing SFAICR.
Any ideas out there?
