ok well since im not realy a computer programer i cant do this my self
that why i post it here.
sicne the old winmx used winmx.com to find the first few peers to
connect to, my idea will inclued this but insted of winmx.com, a server
is needed will be needed, my pick for a server would be OpenNap, (many
servers to pick from i sugest "darkservers" or another witch is alway
online) over time the WPNP would be runnig stable again almost as it
use to excpet winmx would be primary only (faster computer have a
choice from like 5-30 for the slower computers 2-5).
winmx will connect to OpenNap and it will search for other users using
winmx (prob by searching a file that all winmx users by defult will
share on OpenNap) from there ive come up with 2 ways.
1. the defult file will be downloaded and have the info to connnect to
the other user and then deleted.
2. winmx will search till someone is found and then CHAT with the other
user getting all the info needed to connect to the user,
either way it will be the rebirth of winmx
in my head this all sounds like it can work but theres a fair bit to do
and im not a computer programer nor do i know a great deal about
OpenNap but from wat i know it will work.
i havent seen any ideas about how it will be done soo hopefuly you if
your a computer programer you could do this and get it done soon
