I got it working. I had, coincidentally, a few days ago moved WinMX to a
different box. I didn't want to change existing router settings, so I just
added a few new port forwards - 6698, and 6258. I set these in WinMX. No
uploads (wtf?). I finally did a portscan of the box and found that although
I had WinMX set to 6698, it ignored the setting and used 6699 anyhow. So,
fine, go setup router the right way, and now my uploads are working again.
The unanswered question is, why did WinMX use 6699 when I had it set to
6698?
