The whole secondary/primary thing (and hosts as well) has to do with
WinMX Peer Network. Just looking at your email address, I'd hazard a
guess that you've got a problem with your ISP. Cox, where WinMX is
concerned, has always been synonymous with "My Downloads don't work" or
"I can't get uploads to work". I've had problems with uploads as well,
but have managed to crank out a few. Maybe you're overextended - how
many servers are you hooked up to?
