Sorry, I don't remember seeing your description of the original
problems you have. Did you see my reply to Kathy a few above what you
wrote below? Try 6699, and 6257 OR 6258. That worked for me with a
new hosts file.
The 10000+ numbers were what Kathy used and had trouble with.
