I still get lots of time outs. Nothing's changed about that. Tell
the users to keep trying! Can't offer much else...

The bandwidth graph also shows the overhead of being a primary
connection. Maybe that's why you're confused. Uploads and downloads
should add to the overhead, but can be hard to see if not much is
happening.
