I must have read it from a trusty source, like from one of the new cache sites.
It occurred to me that WinMX might seek connection with the specified region cache server
first, and upon timeout, move on to an alternate and next and so on, which could upset
impatient users. :)
I realize the new servers were up and running in short time, but I can't imagine they have
had the time or priority to duplicate all the cache servers that were in use before.
Well, to make a long story short, the hearsay didn't sound illogical to me. :)
