No, a moron is just a moron, while a person with the intelligence of a
person under the age of 12 is just a person with the intelligence level
of an 11 year older or younger person. The two are distinct in that
not all children under the age of 12 qualify as morons, even at
age-appropriate intellectual levels, while more than a few morons
remain so despite demonstrably age appropriate intellectual responses
above 12 years of age. Consider that your behavior on this thread may
perfectly fit a 19 year older and an utter moron at the same time.
