naaah ... come now, Hammerer :-) I think it was quite nice of Triffid to make me  
aware of the problem he was having. The outmost reason I chose to eliminate the  
slower bandwiths is that those who comes to d/l from me, usually recieves a lower  
speed from me ... regardless of their connection ... so I decided to rule out  
those below 64K ISDN/satellite meanwhile trying to solve the problem... 
 
Now thinking about it, maybe that I an being punished but the net agents for doing  
this, since right now as I type I have four d/ls reporting DSL-speed as their  
connection and their status varies from 0.69K/s upto 6.10K/s.
