It's easy to understand. Fully one half the population has an IQ under
100. Since 1 std. dev is 15, and 17% have an IQ under 85. You can
easily identify them - just ask them if they voted for Gore or Kerry.
The largest single demographic class of Gore/Kerry voters is female
25-35 age.
