As good a place as any to ask for a d/l. Not a problem. I have a few files
myself that I don't think I'll live long enough to see them complete either.
Here is a suggestion. My searches are terrible but I think the best thing
to do is get any and all Manfred Man videos you can. Then maybe a trader
will come by more likely that has what you want.
