Perseus,
I followed your advice and went back to a Primary connection. It
didn't make any difference. With all the idealism of a newbie, I
thought it would let me get an outgoing TCP connection, but cynicism
prevails... (just trying to make light of a frustrating situation). DO
you have any idea what could be stopping me?
