Before the shake up moni would steal bandwidth. My bw is capped at
26k. In the past moni would seem to max out at around 5k less than
max and the bandwidth graph would show dramatic swings.
For some reason, this no longer happens, and the only thing I can
think of that has changed is the addition of the hosts file.
