I see the same thing on my screen with mp3s, which is mostly what I
share, quite often and not just since Sept 23. I've seen a 3 meg file
say it's completed at 3 and even 23 gb, but it's not completed at all
because it always re-queues and might finish, or not; and I see 7
bytes, not 8, added to ALL completed uploads all the time. Completed
downloads don't show any add-on. However, a very short text file (20k)
uploaded only added on 5 bytes... all of which is totally mystifying to
me. I just thought I'd throw in some additional parameters for you all
to digest.
