OK, is it actually finding _new_ sources of the file, or is it resetting
the old ones, which it shouldn't? I have MxMon set up to let small
(<10meg) UL's start immediately, and with Q size limitations that means
that guys wanting big files often just don't get in at all. Whatever,
you should never lose your place in line unless your source has switched
hosts and all his Q-ers have to take pot luck at where they get back in.
I think. My head is hurting too...
