I'd recommend the latest hosts file by Sabre rather than that one (it's
somewhat out of date now and should no longer be used).
Direct address to the latest hosts file is;

I'm not sure how long the above address will remain valid as I believe the
"205.238.40.1" server is to be decommissioned somewhat.
