I've never seen this before but is this a popular file? You might be
suffering from UDP flooding everytime WinMX searches for new sources.
I'm not sure what would happen in your specific situation but UDP
flooding could generate a wacky effect. Maybe your connection goes
down (assuming you're primary) and when it comes back up your at the
end of the Q. If you are as seconday, it could be taking the primary
offline and when it comes back the Q is rebuilt.
