Yes sounds like The Family. AOL used to do that. In New York they were
made to pay their subscribers back by the work of our Attorney General
Spitzer. If you have a Republican in that Office over there don't count on
that happening where you live. I stayed away from Earthlink becuase they
admitted blocking ports. So I saved myself that what you experienced I
guess.
