It seems that being connected is not enough for WinMX to be working right.
There is no reason why when we connect files that were previously queueing
no longer do. It is not that maybe no one on line has those files. That is
a wimp answer. Here is the test. Go to the chat rooms. If you get many
channels you are probably fine. But if you only get only one or two try to
join the chat. Then try to browse yourself or do a whois. If that whois
comes back that you cannot be found then it it is clear your host is a fraud
and that is why WinMX is not working.
