Yes sort of. Another way of describing them are imposters. Anthony I am
getting no chat channels at all. Another user does get them but has no
uploading cannot upload. He is the second person I heard of tthis happening
to. Let's try to take what they are saying as the truth. I know one of the
traders. Also I have heard that some cannot d/l but can upload. Right now
my partial area is Red and Green. The greens are from traders who have
contacted me. I have not one single file in anyone's Queue. And those that
asked to trade all had partials in their shares I needed. They did NOT just
come online. There's a problem that connecting is not sufficient to have
WinMX working right.
