It's only available on files that you have more than 10K downloaded. Any
other files it is not necesarry. It is used to trim Bytes off a d/l which
you got from a Partial Files sharer whose file is throwing a File Mismatch
error when they find a source. Yours is now also bushwacked. 10K is
usually not enough. A much better application for this is called Trunk.
