The number of secondary connections that a primary client will host is
determined by the "WPN Allocated Bandwidth" setting.
Here are the numbers for each setting;
7/10.5 KB/s = 9-12
8/12 KB/s = 10-14
9/13.5 KB/s = 11-15
10/15 KB/s = 12-16
11/16.5 KB/s = 13-17
12/18 KB/s = 14-18
13/19.5 KB/s = 15-19
14/21 KB/s = 15-19
15/22.5 KB/s = 15-19
