Hammerer,
Thanks! You're too kind!
I like to think that your characterization of my response is also a
fairly good description of my personality, and *that* I suppose,
explains the manner in which I respond to people's posts in here, and
in other places as well.
You say you've been watching me, is that something I should be worried
about?
On the raging beast remark: who knows, maybe I *will* loose it one day
and blow this whole NG to smithereens or something similar, but don't
you think that many of us are prone to such outbursts, given the right
circumstances? I mean I'm trying hard to keep a cool head, in all
that's taking place in the world in general and in here specifically,
but sometimes it's really hard to keep it together, so yeah, perhaps
that letting it all out like you described, would in fact be beneficial
to me, health wise that is. Let's see, maybe I could give it a try
right now and say something nice to you, like this for instance:
What possessed you to think that you were capable of being entertaining
or interesting to read? If you called the Suicide Hotline, they'd say:
"Go ahead. Do it!" Maybe you wouldn't be such a Jerk-In-The-Box if you
weren't so dumb that even blondes tell jokes about you; if your weren't
so fat that all the restaurants in town have signs that say: "Maximum
Occupancy: 80 Patrons OR You.", or if you didn't have a face that
people shove in dough to make monster cookies. No, come to think of it,
you would.
Oh yes, that feels a lot better ;-)
And as far as your take on the "trolls" phenomenon goes, well, maybe
yeah, we *are* all trolls in one way or another, but hey, that's way
too philosophical for me dude... What did you say? Except for you?
Answering that would not just be unnecessary, it would probably make me
look foolish as well, I think.
Isn't it a good thing we are so dissimilar, Hammerer?! ;-)
Greetz,
