Right, but with a Republican majority it could fly easily. It took the
banking lobby 20+ years to get the bankruptcy reform through. They just
don't quit until they get what they want. We don't have a government any
more, we have an auction.
If they would penalize the lawyers simply for not showing up when they
are supposed to, a huge burden on the court would disappear.
This "frivolous lawsuit" crap is all right wing propaganda.
