I would go to supernews.general to see if there are any complaints
about incompleteness in the "Alt" hierarchy. I have been getting a
normal amount of headers in this group lately, but I don't use the
same NNTP server that you do. Are you having this same problems with
other groups or just this one?
Have you checked your Agent preferences? Do you have this group's
preferences set to view all messages? You also might try deleting this
group then adding it again and re downloading all available headers.
Perhaps your Agent database has been corrupted. You might also want to
check your available messages against what's available at Google
Groups.
