I think the main reason that nobody is posting here is because WinMx is
pretty much history. Oh, there are fixes, work arounds, patches, and all ...
There's really not much more to say is there? Very few newbies to disparge
or leeches to hammer. My guess is some have gone legitimate with I-tunes,
while others have migrated to Limewire. et al. Also, I heard that
Hammerer's mum made him get a job. It's's not easy growin' up.
As for me, I have always preferred 2.6 and the dark servers. I guess I'll
lurk there until they too are gone. It's interesting to see a newsgroup die.
