Which part of "particular file" did you misunderstand? It happens to be a
very large video file and once somebody starts to download it he is
preventing others from uploading much else from me. If the person has made
at least some attempt to download the file from someone else - which is very
easy to do - I let them complete it. I also discovered from browsing the
swap folder of people who request this file that very few of them are likely
to share it once completed, that is to say they have no similar files in
their share folder. The "selfishness" is entirely on their part, not mine.
