If you think SONY cares one iota about this think again. Here is a direct

SONT got caught that is all they are concerened with. I'll be honest with
you. This RootKit is timid compared to others I have seen. They'll be
working on it. In fact the writing of these RootKits is becoming a valid
Profession. They are NOT being done by amateurs anymore.
