When looking for a tracklisting of the new Neil Diamond "12 Songs" CD (NOT
for me LOL but for a "friend", honest!) at my usual source:
http://www.cd-reviewers.com/reviews_frontpage_B0009NSCVC , I discovered in
the reviews, about the use of a Sony Rootkit attached to this album. I read
all the links detailed in the review (very informative if one is an Anorak
(I respect their choice of fake fur on the collars) and just wondered this:-
has anyone got any information that if we download tracks from that album
(I'm currently queued for 'em!), will any on the Rootkit "nasty" tag onto
the files and come across the ether into my little box?
I'm running Sygate and PeerGuardian but not sure if that will be enough if
Rootkit is a real nasty, nasty piece of work.
