Ya' still don' get it. Dell does provide a replacement part. It's
called a Dell DJ Jukebox. They'll be happy to sell you one and you're
correct, they will make money on it. The repair service you want would cost
more than this replacement part. Nobody in their right head would pay more
than the cost of a new one to get their old one repaired, so they don't
figure there will be much demand for this service. You seem to be the
exception they hadn't counted on.
