It wouldn't do you any good even if you could. These can...
1. MP3Merger
http://mp3merge.netfirms.com/
2. DOS...
go to appropriate directory...
type in...
copy /b filename1.ext + filename2.ext + .......... + lastfile.ext
This will merge all of the files together into the first file
Or if you don't want to type all the filenames...
copy /b *.ext all.tmp
ren all.tmp all.ext
