There should be a header row in AudioFind that says: alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.latin
That's the newsgroup where this song can be found. However, it's a binaries newsgroup
(whereas alt.music.mp3 is a text newsgroup). Google doesn't feature binaries newsgroups,
so you need to check whether your ISP offers them or subscribe to a news service provider.
For just one song, it may be easier to search p2p networks.
