No. Inside a car they would both be overkill.

You could encode at 192 and likely not hear any loss of quality from the
original inside a car unless you have excellent car audio and a virtually
silent car.

The best bet would be one of the lame presets. In a noisy listening
environment, such as the typical car, <-V4--vbr-new> should be close to
perceptual transparency and will be a far smaller file than 320 or 256.
