Thanks for that. The Ctrl-Shift bit worked - I ended up using iPodRip
which did 'exactly what it said on the tin'. So we are back in the land
of the living. Still a bit disappointed that a fundamental bit of
functionality like this is missing. As someone else pointed out, it's
DRM issue, so lets not stir up *that* can of worms (-;
