There is no legal requirement to include a copyright warning in order to
receive copyright protection. The fact that something has been 'published'
automaticaly grants it a certain amount of copyright protection.

If you wish to go down tis road - and I advise that you don't - it has
already been established in court that copying 'a single recognisable bar'
of music is sufficient to bring a copyright suit. That has led to some inane
court judgements such as the "He's So Fine/My Sweet Lord" plagiarism suit
http://abbeyrd.best.vwh.net/mysweet.htm but nevertheless it is still the
law.
