Do what I did. Get hold of a program called KMVGui and use that to
extract the AVI, audio, subs, etc.

Then, convert the audio to a .wav format. And, finally use TMPGEnc
2.5 to re-render the avi and wav to whatever format you desire (VCD,
SVCD or DVD).
