I know, I use tools which each do their job better than the iTunes
counterpart.
I refuse - on principle - to buy from companies that are so dishonest to
their customers when I can buy something equally useful from another
company.
It doesn't hurt, that other companies make MP3 players cheaper and/or
better than Apple does.
