You can use LAME command line parameters in CDEx, just set encoder to "External Encoder"
and point it to where your lame.exe is.
If you have enough hard drive space to store wave files temporarily, IMO it is more
efficient to rip tracks first and batch-encode them later. You can use CDEx for both
steps or use CDEx to rip and a LAME front-end interface like with RazorLame (
http://www.dors.de/razorlame/index.php ) to encode.
