Definitely Exact Audio Copy (http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/). I recommend
you use the LAME encoder, version *3.97* beta 2
(http://rarewares.org/mp3.html)
The .EXE version of LAME is the way to go. It's not very intuitive to
use if you've never used commandline-based programs before, but trust
me, it gives you the most options.
