There surely IS such a "stupid" company which makes an AM radio recordable
MP3 player.

I don't know whether they sell overseas, or it has an English interface.
Moreover, it's too expensive as an MP3 player because it's built for language
study with many programmable recording timers. JPY 39800 nearly equals USD 335.
